Slow Strength

Our signature class. A slow-strength, full-body workout built on controlled, intentional movement that challenges the body while remaining deeply nourishing. Expect a steady burn, thoughtful pacing, and a grounding reset to close—leaving you stronger, centered, and restored.

Summer Sessions: Glow

An elevated, limited summer experience layered onto our signature Slow Strength class. Expect the same slow, controlled strength work with a refreshing, spa-like finish—featuring chilled eye patches, a seasonal scented cold towel, and a light juice shot. Designed to leave you feeling radiant, with a light, refreshing reset.
